I desgin a power source for my GSM based device. My device is works with 5V DC input and 18650 liion battery back-up.
I need to charge if batter is not full. and need an output of 3V8 (for GSM module).
I design schematics attached. Can u review my design.
and also some questions.
1- I use BQ24298 for charge management. Is there a internal buck boost on BQ24298 ?
2- If question 1 is yes : then what is the output voltage of IC.
we need 3V8 output with at least 2A for our system.
