Hi 

The customer use EV2400 to connect with bq27X10 EVSW, but can not communicate successfully.

The failure scream as below.

They have changed many computers still have this failure. reinstall the EVSW is useless.

Does BQ27210 can communicate with EV2400?

    Hello Star,

    It looks like this error may be from the connection of the EVSW to the EV2400, not the gauge. Does it give the same error message on any comm port you try? Make sure to install the latest FW to the EV2400, V0.32. You may need to use the EV2300 to communicate with EVSW.

    Hello Star,

    This is a very old device/software. It requires the EV2200. It may work with EV2300 but will not work with EV2400.

    Hello Star,

    I just checked the EVM guide and saw that EV2300 is mentioned. Try with an EV2300 and let us know if it works.
