BQ24610: BQ24610 IC Burns

Hello,

i have big problem with the IC ....

If the Battery is not connected and i connect the 26V input voltage,

the IC burns a hole nearby Pin 2.

I can reproduce this, this is not sporadic.

Sometimes i can burn the IC and the high Mosfet, if the Input voltage is 0 and connect the lipo.

Any Idea, waht is wrong?
