Need support in review the schematic for any correction to be implemented

Thanks for review input , Sense resistor we calculated was 5m Ohm and while editing we made a mistake and put 0.5 m Ohm. We corrected the same/
Slope capacitor we used from Eval board schematic , we will correct it during the testing.
