Hello,

We would like to complete FOD tuning on the BQ51003.

It appears that all TI wireless power transmitters are NRND and EVMs discontinued.

Can you please provide instructions on how to complete FOD tuning on the BQ51003 given that all TI wireless power transmitters are NRND and EVMs discontinued.

Ideally please provide:
1) Links to a transmitter PCBs which is in stock that we can buy
2) Instructions on how to complete FOD using specifically the transmitters provided in (1).

How much current will the BQ51003 supply in your application?

Which RX Coil are you using in your design?

Thank you for your response Bill.

We are thinking of using a custom PCB coil (we've made one following the design procedures from TI application notes).

The maximum current would be 200mA.

A PCB coil will work at lower power (200mA) if it is larger, about 30mm X 40mm. Have some test data I can share.

Have a couple of options for FOD.

BUT would like to discuss off-line using the PM feature of Forum. Will send you a request and can set up a conversation.
