Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5116
I created a power supply that can vary the output voltage by combining a feedback resistor with a digital potentiometer.
Output voltage can be varied to 12V, 14V, 16V, and 17V.
When there is no load, 12V and 14V are output normally, but the operation becomes strange when the output is 16V and 17V.
17V is strange at first, but returns to normal after a few seconds.
The value of the digital potentiometer is only set once at the beginning and is not changed thereafter.

(The upper circuit has a maximum of 11A and is the one that will cause problems. The lower circuit has a maximum of 4A and was normal at all voltages.)
