Hi Sir,

Could you support to provide output voltage ripple curve as following condition ?

1. Vin =3.6 ~ 5V ,Vout= -3.3V,Iout =5mA

2. Vin =3.6 ~ 5V ,Vout= -3.3V,Iout =100mA

2. Vin =3.6 V ,Vout= -3.3V,Iout =1/5/10/20/100/200mA

Simulation or test is OK to me.

I suggest to use the Pspice model in the product page for the simulations.

Hi Ray,

Unfortunately, I could not reply earlier. Please find below some simulation plots for LM27761.

I hope this gives you an understanding of the ripple & drop on the output voltage. In any case, I suggest to perform lab measurements using an EVM for your application conditions. This will be more reliable.

Hi Ray,

For further simulations, I suggest you to use the Pspice tool. It is a very easy to navigate tool. Please download the file. You need to change only the resistors, load and Vin on the schematic and simply click the play button. The plots will be automatically generated. Please try by yourself.
