The customer design with BQ24600.The precharge current is 0.09A and can be charged normally.
The problem is that the status pin output is occasionally unstable during charging and will output a square wave, and the frequency is obviously higher than 0.5Hz.
Irregular blinking occurs occasionally. Providing the waveform after collecting this issue.
What causes this issue?
