There is query about using BQ27427:

After the BIN pin is connected to an external NTC, can the temperature of the external NTC be read through the IIC?

Attached schematic, please help check it.

Hello Star,

You should be able to read temperature through the BIN pin. Please see the following image taken from the BQ27427 Datasheet.

Hello,

The BQ27427 has an internal temperature sensor that can be used to read temperature, or a host can write the temperature to the gauge. Please refer to the following e2e post as I believe it is relevant to this question.
