Original question:
I am trying to design TPS62873-Q1 with following design inputs
VinMin = 3.2V VinMax = 3.4V Vout = 0.8V Iout = 13A Ta=100 °C
But for Ta=100 °C tool is showing error as maximum junction temp exceeded.
Is there any special structure for Heat Dissipation?

The major difference between the two devices: (1) Droop compensation and (2) Transient Non-Synchronous mode. For further details, please refer to the items and table below.
If the application have tight Vout regulation specs at transient load, then I suggest to use TPS62874B1QWRZVRQ1. Both the droop compensation and transient non-synchronous features help in achieving a lower output voltage deviation.
(1) Droop compensation scales the output voltage depending relative to the output current. At no load condition, the output voltage is set at higher level and to a lower level at maximum output current. So, this function offers a greater margin during a step load and helps the output voltage within the regulation specs during heavy load change or at load dump which could allow to use a lower output capacitance. Refer to sec. 8.3.7.5 of the datasheet for additional info.
(2) Transient non-synchronous mode helps in reducing the output overshoot during load release. This is done by turning off the low-side FET for 6-cycles, and allowing the inductor current to flow to the body diode instead. It results to faster current decay due to higher voltage across inductor. Refer to sec. 8.3.3 of the datasheet.
