BQ34Z100-G1: fuel gauge register values resets after power cycle.

Hi Ambrish,

Calibration parameter should not reset after the gauge resets.

Please verify that the calibration parameter wrote are reflected in properly in data flash.

Some parameters require a soft_restart to take effect.

The parameters have been verified and tried reading multiple times. It seems to have stored the data we wrote but after power cycle it goes back to default.

Do all the parameters reset to their default value. Try changing the calibration values and a second parameter and see if both reset or just the calibrated values.

Please try using advanced comms to write update flash, write and read, see if the values are then saved to flash after losing power.

We checked it once again ,all the data memory have been stored only the current calibration and voltage calibration gets reset every time.

I am unsure why you're unable to write to flash if you are following all the steps I have provided.

Upgrading to the newest FW is only a suggestion to solve your issue.
