TPS53667: how to Select TPS53667 at Fusion Digital Software

Could you please provide more information in your case?

1. Did you power on the system both following the sequence for 5V/3.3V with controller and SPS?

    Please following the 7.1 Test Procedure in the TPS53667 EVM User Guide.

2. Please check the fault status with Fusion GUI if there is still no output voltage.

SIr :  5V /3.3V  as TPS53667 EVM  

   5V and  3.3V POWER COntrol chip set 

and now show OVF and NO PWM output

It seems that the power on is failed because of OVF.

Could you please check VIN to VOUT and VIN to SW//per-phase with meter in Ohm mode?

And confirm GND to VIN/VOUT/VCC/VDD/SW if there is any short circuit issue.

I believed that is a root cause!
