I believe the charging of the battery was not done correctly. The max charging voltage is 3.65 V for one cell so for your battery pack this needs to charge up to 10.95 V. From there the voltage needs to hold steady at 10.95V and the taper should slowly taper down as the voltage holds the same. In the log I notice that the voltage is still increasing when the taper current is decreasing.

Yes, 9.18% is really high. Sometimes for LFP batteries, they need to relax for 24 hours after charging. 

Also, for the constant voltage charge we usually expect the current to slow decrease over time instead of a fast drop as seen in the current graph. Show look something similar to this:
