On the TPS55289 Buck-Boost Converter Evaluation Module User's Guide, the BOM lists capacitors C9 and C11 as 0603 components, but it appears on the PCB layout depiction on page 10, that capacitors C9 and C11 are 0402 components. Can you clarify what capacitors C9 and C11 should be?

Both C9 and C11 used in EVM schematic and layout are 0603.
0402 and 0603 are both ok, and recommend to select 0.1uF/50V capacitors.
