My customer is now using PowerBlock CSD87350Q5D. Cntroller is TPS40400.
For next Model, they want to evaluate PowerBlock II CSD87384M and got sanples.
Q1) Is surface fin of CSD87384M connected to VSW voltage ?
Q2) Need Reliability test data (because no molding)
Q3) Need some advice for caution of how to use CSD87384M (different from CSD87350Q5D.)
