Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS54325, TPS54327, , TPS563210A
Hi, team.
My customer is using TPS54325 in the below condition, now.
Currently, when my customer drops VIN instantaneously (12 V ⇒ 4 V),the output stops and latch phenomenon occurs.
※Communication to your company's engineer in TPS54325 is performed separately at the following link.
Probably, I think that output is lowered and UVP is applied.
We will consider TPS54327 to be good if the voltage of UVP will inevitably become a factor.
However, based on the following reasons, we want to sell TPS563201 or TPS563210A in the same specification as much as possible.
<Reason>
· New generation product of D-CAP2
· The threshold of UVP is 5% (TYP) lower than TPS54325
So question.
①Can you show distribution of UVP's detected voltages?
※"3 σ distribution" or "sampling results of 30 pices by ATE measured"
②Also, is there a difference in its UVP's detected voltages with TPS563201 and TPS563210A?
Purpose
I would like to share with customers that things are less risk with understanding of product abilities.
Best regards,
Masumi Sekiguchi
