Hello,
Your circuit was not attached to this thread.
The gate drives will not turn on until the VD1 or VD2 sense body diode conduction of -265 mV please refer to the block diagram of the data sheet.
If both of your gates are turning off at the same they may not be connected the LLC correctly or the polarity of the transformer outputs is not correct or what you think it is. I would recommend that you double check this on your design.
There is an evaluation module for this device that you can find at the following link that will show you how to connect the UCC24624 to your LLC output; as well as, what the gate driver waveforms should look like. You can odor the EVM as well if you would like to help you evaluate your design.

If these recommendations not resolve your issue could you please attach your schematic and any nodes that you have evaluated. You should evaluated VD1, VD2, VG1, VG2 and VDD with an oscilloscope to help you evaluate why your gate drive circuits are turning off at the same time.
Regards,
Hi,
The attached files are the circuit and the wave tested.
You can see the time at which vg1 and vg2 are turning off.And every time the gate,vg1 or vg2,switches,it will bring about a noise on the Vref of TL431,which can drop the output voltage.
