TPS53647: 1V Two Phase 45A power supply shuts down frequently

Please provide details of  test conditions before system shutdown, like load transient, increasing load..etc,  and also system application details.

What are faults seeing in PMbus GUI after system shutdown?. i don't see any schematic attachment in this.

Please find attached the schematics.

The shut down is happening at normal working condition. We are not seeing anything in the PM bus GUI.

The current drawn is 43A.

so system shutdown at 43A load after running some time. How much time system run at 43A?, and capture scope waveform of output voltage and PWMs at showdown case and normal working conditions.

Would you please provide PMbus GUI snapshots after and before system shutdown,  and also TI FAE details for supporting this project.

Hi Rama,

By shutdown I mean the chip fails and we have to replace the chip with new one.

We ran the system at full load for 1 hour.

 Mean while can please provide review comments on the schematics.

We will provide the GUI snapshots, the output voltage and PWM snapshots once we replace the chip.

We do not have an FAE assigned to this project.

which chip is failed? is it controller or powerstage or CPU?

if it is controller, please provide details of which pins are shorted/open.
