I just received my UCD9081 EVL kit. I have TI fusion designer installed 7.3.1 as well as the UCD EVAL GUI.
The eval kit is powered up , all bus rail voltage LED's are lit. I have a green LED on the USB Interface adapter dongle.
When I use the GUI to discover devices, the display reports that UCD9081 is not present.
When I select File / Exit , I get a pop-up telling me an unhandled exception has occurred in the application.
Selecting continue brings me back to the Power supply sequencer GUI screen . Selecting Quit brings another pop-up.
I launch the troubleshooter and select recommended settings., then this pop up opens
when I select Test the program, this popup appears
the EVM is powered , the dongle LED is green.
If I exit the EVAL GUI and attempt to use Fusion Digital Power Designer. I run into similar problem, No devices found.
I tried changing BUS speeds , enable /disable packet error checking, scanning modes , nothing works.
What is the problem?
