I opened a Number: CS0231625 related with a problem in a buck converter using LM5164DDARQ1 component, I have used WEBENCH to design it, but for any causes it doesn't work properly, for instance, it is quite significant that without load the buck converter doesn't regulate, i.e., output is a voltage follower from input, on the other hand when the circuit is loaded it seems that regulation is working a little bit but not properly. I have added a new capacitor as a customer support center indicated me but it doesn't fix the problem.
