    Hi Vickers,

    J2 RJ45 is not connected correctly. Note PoE power should come through Pair Set 1 of Pairs 1/2 and 3/6 then from Pair Set 2 of Pairs 4/5 and 7/8.

    Bob smith caps C21/20/95/96 should be 10nF and not 100nF.

    I see a diode bridge and hybrid bridge. Which one is customer using? The hybrid bridge does not look correct. I recommend copying the one on TPS2372-3EVM-757. If using the hybrid bridge I also recommend using the detection resistor that's recommend on the EVM I reference.

    It is recommended to use TPH/TPL/BT signals as described below. But if your application does not need these signals then the connections are okay.
