Hi Team,

We would like to ask your help regarding our customer's inquiry

Background :

1. I am using VMware (Installed in windows) to use Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS.

2. I installed CCS 10.4.0 in linux to connect to TDA4.

Issue : I see attached error

Connection Check between CCS and TDA4:

However, when I connect to TDA4 via CCS 10.4.0 in windows it connect without any issue. (refer Windows_1.JPG)

Can you please help me with this? On why I see error in connection in Linux

Hi Danilo,

Is this usb device allocated to VM? in VM virtual box, under devices -> USB menu option, XDS110 device needs to be selected in order to use this target option in CCS.

Hello Brijesh, Yes, USB device is allocated to VM.Also, if you see the output of the xdsdfu -e on the terminal. It's able to detect it
