I will ask the HS decoupling Cap. for DDR3.
Your AM57xx DK board have 14pcs of HS decoupling Cap. for each DDR3 chip.
The value of these all Cap. are 0.01uF.
But your document SPRS982H says that total Capacitance need min. 0.85uF.
DK baord : 14pcs x 0.01uF = 0.14uF
The total capacitance is not enough for your recommend.
I think we have better to change 0.01uF to 0.1uF for each Cap.
Is it right?
