AM4376: AM4376BZDND30S not available; can AM4376BZDND80 can be used as drop in replacement?

Are you enabling secure boot on the AM4376BZDND30S? 

AM4376BZDND80 is not a secure boot enabled part.

Then yes, the parts are equivalent other than the AM4376BZDND80 can support a higher processor speed.  You can still set to the same frequency as is used with the AM4376BZDND30S.  

One thing to check, does you s/w uses the CTRL_DEV_ATTR registers to determine ARM frequency? The values will be different!

Q1: Do we require to change the PMIC voltage level.

Q2: Can we run 800MHz processor, with PMIC core and MPU voltage set at 1.1V ?

Yes, you can run the 800MHz part at a VDD_MPU of 1,1v, as long as you do not go past OPP100. Your VDD_MPU OPP50 300MHz use case will be fine.
