Thank you for the support, Could you help us out with any reference design which includes FPGA and TMS320C6454. 

We using Zynq FPGA to interface with DSP through McBSP protocol.

The document provided as a reference schematics shows the usage of JTAG-USB but the schematics which is present in the document doesn't have any circuit related to it.
