SK-TDA4VM: circuit issue

Part Number: SK-TDA4VM

Hi team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

PROC112E2(001)_SCH.pdf

A. What is the purpose of the circuit above?

B. vsys_3V3 is connected to VIO_in through resistor R200, both of which are on at all times.

C. In the MOSFET circuit, Q1A is on and Q1B is on through the high level of SYS_MCU_EN. Vsys_3V3 is connected to VIO_in through R104, vsys_3V3 is equal to VIO_in; Q1A is open, Q1B is open when SYS_MCU_EN is low. Vsys_3V3 and VIO_in are disconnected; that is, the MOSFET circuit is related to vsys_3V3 and VIO_in being on or off.

If the point B and C is right, are B and C conflicting?

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

Best Regards,

Cherry
