TDA4VM: Error when receiving RGB/RGMA image from camera

Pixel container size in the raw image data structure seems to be incorrect. Can you please make sure that this is set to 16 or less?

When you say RGB or RGMA, what exactly is the pixel format? Is it RAW Bayer format? or RGB output format? 

The reason is, the current examples do not support RGB pixel formats. It supports YUV422 or RAW formats.

If I want to drive a camera with an output image format of RGB888, how should I configure the tda4 driver?

ok, in this case, please set the MIPI datatype correctly in the CSIRX driver, it must match with the sensor/deserializer output datatype and then set the pitch correctly. 

If i recollect, CSIRX supports only RGB in unpacked format. Please refer to TRM/datasheet for more information on RGB capture.

Hi,

Which application are you using for capturing RGB format? Please note single camera or multi-camera examples do not support capture of RGB format. In this case, you would require to change the example to change input mipi format.
