Please confirm on the VOHmin level of AM62xx for 3.3V LVCMOS. We have interfaced a Watchdog timer,TPS3431SDRBR, whose VIHmin is 2.65V. So if processor VOHmin is 2.4V as per processor datasheet, then we need to change the watchdog timer as these two devices may not be compatible.
For previous versions of Sitara processors(AM3358 ,AM4378) , the VOHmin is VDDSHV-0.45 which is 3.3V - .45 = 2.8V.
For AM625x, is there any correction in datasheet for Voh min (3.3V LVCMOS) or is it 2.4V? Please clarify.
