OMAP-L138: Device is Held in Reset

Hello E2E Experts.

Good day.

To explain in more detail about the reset issue I have to say that we use 2 different methods to reset the board.

  1. we press and hold the reset button (first photo, circled in red) and the lights will flash in order 2-3 times and the board is reset. (like the attached video: NP-running.mpg4)
  2. cold reset by disconnecting the power cord.
    Normally after any of these steps, those lights will go to a normal state and we know the board will function properly. like the marked photo.
some of the boards are not resetting and the lights will remain on as you can seeing the photo. (like the video attached: not_resetting_BD.mpg4). with the not-resetting board, if we try to run a project using a code-composer we'll get the error message attached.
This is where we need help to know if there's a way to reset the board and use it.
