For Durability analysis of our product we need the die parameters that inside the Ti DSP chip TMS320C6424ZWTQ6

Please ask for the following die parameters :

Die length

Die width

Die thickness

Die material – I assume Silicon

Hi ,

I prefer support in my country Israel, but Since Ti changed its policy no support is given from Arrow nor Avnet and the local Ti support ask to send the requests via the E2E.
