AM4378: Do you have the pin-package delay for this IC?

Thank you for the query.

Pls note that, there is no such document available that i could share.
All device timings are given at pin level. Internal delays are already accounted for,
and there is no need to consider them when designing a PCB.
I am not sure on the use case for the Pin-Package delay.
With the assumption that the pin-package delay requirement is for memory interface i would recommend you refer to the below section of the datasheet.

5.12.8.2 Memory Interface
The delay guidelines are included, and we do not have a separate Pin-Package Delay information.
