AM6548: DDR Multi-channel and Dual Rank Support

Hello,

Does the AM6548 support dual rank DDR configurations? We are seeing some conflicting information based on the technical reference manual.

The technical reference manual says it supports up to 2 ranks for LPDDR4 only, while the AM65x/DRA80xM DDR Board Design and Layout Guidelines says that the supported LPDDR4 combinations are Rank 1 only.

We are also seeing another discrepancy between the guidelines and the TRM, the guidelines say that 2 channel LPDDR4 configuration is supported, while the TRM says it is not supported.

    Ben, note that based on the errata for AM65x, the device does not support LPDDR4.  The only DDR types that are supported is DDR3L and DDR4, and in those cases, only 1 rank is supported based on the app note.
