Hi Team
From below link, it shows that dual rank memory can not be supported in AM437x DDR3 controller, but this info is missing in datasheet and TRM (AM335x TRM and AM571x Errata has this info while the feature is not supported), meanwhile, AM437x has dual CSN, CKE pins out (CSN0,CSN1,CKE0,CKE1), if dual rank memory is not supported, please clarify what purpose for CSN1,CKE1 pins out?

James,
Thanks for info,
"The figures in section 5.12.8.2.1.3 show the valid configurations for DDR3, and all the control signals for the second rank are NC. "
[TY]:The figure you mentioned is for 2x16bits DDR3 single Rank, not for dual Rank, so the control signals for the second rank are NC.
"Dual rank is only supported for LPDDR2 configurations"
[TY]Yes, this confirm my question, so CSN1 and CKE1 can only be used for LPDDR2, it may be good to put this info in datasheet to avoid confusion.
