TMDXIDK5718: When loading EthernetIP Adapter example, rx does not work.

The build is successful, when the binary is loaded on the board, tx works but rx does not.

In function ICSS_EMacOsRxTaskFnc() of icss_emacDrv.c, but call ICSS_EMAC_Pend then hangs. (not occur interrupt)
Used TMDXIDK5728 EVM board.

Is there a procedure I missed?
