Dear all, please can you help me?

I search for the TMS320C6745 UART examples with DMA and / or Interrupt. My problem is that

I quickly must transfer 192 Bytes from CPU to CPU. The other CPU is the SITARA AM2434, so

if you have also for this examples let me know it. My thinking was that the RX Bytes will be direct

transfer into the memory (DMA) on both sides (TMS320C6745 and AM2434).

Hi Bin, no I use bare metal code. This is an old product. I must connect these TMS320C6745 (bare metal code) with the new AM2434 (FREERTOS PROFINET code) over the UART to transfer the data.

My questions :

1. Have the TMS320C6745 the possibility to make the UART over the DMA to memory?

2. If yes, where I can find example code for the UART <=> DMA <=> memory?

3. Also for the AM2434 UART over DMA

So point 1. and 2. is bare metal code and 3. is FREERTOS.

No design support from TI available for TI-RTOS Processor SDK

The TI-RTOS Processor SDK for OMAP-L137 and C6747/C6745/C6743 does not have ongoing design support from TI. Please refer to this announcement (linked to the E2E announcement) for detailed information.

There are examples in the PDK package of the software offering but the support for these packages have been discontinued as there is no active development or expertise to support the offering.
