we got another new TMDSEMU560V2STM-U and the cable does not work as well.

same problem as the last cable. it seems there is something obviously wrong in the process being followed.

If the new probe exhibits the same error with the same board, it could be a hardware issue with the board. Did you try using a different hardware target?

We have tried with multiple boards of different types. Some of them are from TI as well. However the cable does not work with any of the boards.

Meanwhile we have another xds100 cable that was supplied by another vendor and that works well with these same kits.

In your previous post you also tried with your C6713DSK. Did you try this new probe with your C6713DSK? If you did and it failed also, does the XDS100 work fine?

yes we tried the new TMDSEMU560V2STM-U with c6713dsk. it failed. on the same kit the xds100 works perfectly. we tried with other kits as well. results are same.

I don't know what could be happening here. As mentioned in the other thread, I have successfully used a TMDSEMU560V2STM-U with my C6713 DSK. I suggest contacting Blackhawk for further assistance.
