in latest PSP HW-ECC is introduced in uboot and kernel. The problem is, that when I write with fw_setenv to uboot-environment, I get errors.
U-Boot 2010.06 (Aug 04 2011 - 17:02:14)
OMAP3 board + LPDDR/NAND
I2C: ready
DRAM: 128 MiB
NAND: HW ECC [Kernel/FS layout] selected
128 MiB
Error: Bad compare! failed
Error: Bad compare! failed
Error: Bad compare! failed
*** Warning - bad CRC or NAND, using default environment
I think this is caused by a mismatch in ECC. How to resolve that? If I write the jffs2 partions with uboot to the flash, the kernel has no problems to mount it. But other way around (writing from linux) the uboot complains.
Please give me a hint
