AM4378: GPMC_Test_evmAM437x_armExampleProject can't run

Hello Champs,

HW: EVM437X
SW: GPMC_Test_evmAM437x_armExampleProject 

Customer failed to run GPMC_Test_evmAM437x_armExampleProject  on EVM437X, the code stucks in  boardHandle = Board_flashOpen(BOARD_FLASH_ID,
BOARD_GPMC_INSTANCE, NULL);  for several minutes, then it will continue to run, the serial port prints below message: GPMC flash device ID: 0xdc90, manufacturer ID: 0x2c but the code is stucking again.

How to resolve it? Is there some bare nand flash example?
