DDRSLRATE(1:0) Pins - Pull to 1V5 or 1V8

Hi,

I've looked through all the docs and can't find the voltage that the DDRSLRATE(1:0) pins should be pulled to, 1V8 or 1V5??

 

The C6678 EVM uses 1V5 and the Nyquist EVM uses 1V8.

 

Can you please confirm what I/O voltage these pins are.

    Hi Richard,

    The DDRSLRATE[1:0] pins are LVCMOS and should be pulled to 1.8V.  This is being added to the known issues list for the EVMs and we'll fix it if we have a future release.  The 1.5V is above the threshold for the 1.8V LVCMOS inputs so it will not effect the operation of those pins.
