Problem Description:
When sending the below messages, the TISCI_MSG_FLAG_ACK in the respParam.flags is always not set whether the VPP is pulling up to 1.8v or not. Are these messages available? Or need any prerequisite?

And get the below log in the M3 console when send messages in the below sequences:
