Can TI confirm following Serdes high speed ports connection ok for DRA821U2-1?

USB port --> 1x Lane
ETH ports --> 2x Lanes
PCIe SSD --> 1x Lane

This SERDES connection is possible.

Are PCIe Gen1/2 or Gen3?

How do you plan on using the ref clk? Since USB uses SSC and SGMII does not support SSC. You may have to use external ref clk and internal ref clk likely.

Internal ref clk to support PCIe and SGMII. and use external ref clk for USB. That probably would work in my opinion.
