Per customer:

the computer could not recognize the instrument when it was

      connected, but this problem was resolved with the replacement.

The next time I tried to connect the instrument to the target device, the target

      could not be recognized. The other instrument that I purchased with the

      last one recognizes the target and works without any problems. The

      computer used for evaluation and the target are the same.

      This replacement part was ok to connect PC but when customer changed to

      connect to the target device cannot recognized.

      One of the first order parts was no issue when customer connected to

      target device. the computer used for evaluation and the target are the

      same.
