AM6442: AM6442: ADC pins as GPIO and interrupt pins

Part Number: AM6442
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SYSCONFIG

Tool/software:

Dear TI team,

We need to configure some of the ADC0 pins as GPIO inputs and interrupts (R5F) for our custom board. I have configured the GPIO1_80 to GPIO1_87 as input pins in sysconfig and tried to read those pins using MCU + SDK apis for GPIO. Unfortunately, i am not detecting any changes though i have applied some voltage inputs on those pins. Anything more to be done from sysconfig to use the ADC pins as GPIO inputs / interrupts

Thank you

Chris

  • Hello Chris,

    Thanks for your patience.

Can you please confirm, Have you followed the steps properly to configure the ADC to GPI mode?

    Please refer below screenshot.

Are you able to set the GPI_MODE_EN bit to enable to configure it in GPI Mode?

    Regards,

    Tushar
