[FAQ] TDA4VM-Q1: TDA4VM Ethernet Loopback Test

This is the configuration description and test results of the Ethernet loopback test using TDA4VM

              Development environment:

              SDK 9.1(Linux run on A72, MCU2_0 run Ethfw with Freertos and the R5F core binary is from vision app); platform is TDA4VM

              Hardware connection

You need to connect port3 and port8 to the two ubuntu PCs that need to communicate

             Run and Test

Start by making sure that the Vision App is correctly install to sd card and that the vision_apps_init.sh is running successfully in TDA4VM

     Perform the following steps:

1. Network address settings

                          fig1: PC1 address                                                             

                fig 2: TDA4VM eth1(Port 3 &Port 8)  address

                       fig3: PC2 address

2. TDA4VM ping two PC

3.PC1 ping PC2 through TDA4VM, PC2 ping PC1 through TDA4VM
