Hello TI support,

on the evaluation board of the AM62A7 you are using the LPDDR4 device MT53E1G32D2FW-046 AUT:B.

We plan to use this device too. It's possible to provide us the IBIS files of the memory.

We have contacted micron about providing the models but have not received a reply.
