AM3359: Run time changes when debugging using USB and when running without USB debugging

Hi All.

I am currently having a problem with the AM335x board where the run time changes when debugging using USB and when running without USB debugging.

Is there anything you can tell me about this phenomenon?

The environment we are using is as follows.

OS: sys/bios 6.52.00.12
NDK: v2.26.00.08
