C6455 SRIO Questions

Dear TI Employee:

I have a question about SRIO on C6455. We want to configure 6455 srio with 4 1x (4p1x mode) links. We configure these registers as follows:

0x02d00020=0x05000361

0x02d12004=0x4400003f

0x02d0115c=0x1068000d

0x02d0117c=0x1068000d

0x02d0119c=0x1068000d

0x02d011bc=0x1068000d

However, almost all of those registers are not configured successfully. Some of those registers changed directly after we finish the configuration. It seems that C6455 still work at 1 4x links. I want to know why?

Could you help me that which registers should I configure, and how to configure those registers?

    Examples from "TMS320C645x DSP Serial RapidIO User's Guide (Rev. E)" contain errors! Please configure your registers with BOOT_COMPLETE bit = 0 in PER_SET_CNTL reg. Set this bit only at the end!
