From the QNX website, it is confirmed that TI is supporting syslink on QNX -

But, from the QNX site it not clear on “How to use HDVICP for video encode/decode functionality.” Does QNX support this feature?
Usually M3(ARM processor) which is part of DM814X controls the HDVICP module. SYS-BIOS of TI runs on M3 processor. And on Linux systems, OMX is used on A8 side to communicate with the M3 SYS-BIOS.
On QNX based systems, how does it work? Is OMX supported on QNX? How is syslink used on QNX systems and for what purposes?
QNX supports the HD-VICP themselves. They have mulitple customers using it. Customer needs to enter into a services engagement to get the software and support.
