How to start Surfaceflinger, Boot Animation and zygote services manually from command prompt in ICS-4.0.3 on Beagle Board XM

Hi,

I booted the Android ICS 4.0.3 kernel and file system on Beagle Baord XM. But the services like  Surfaceflinger, Boot Animation and zygote are not started in init.rc. I got the errors related to these services. So I disabled these services from init.rc and started to boot. Then Could boot the kernel and file system. Finally I got the prompt.

From the prompt I tired to start the above failed services manually by using the procedure followed in init.rc. But I am not able to do that.

Can you please explain, How we can start those services manually from prompt.
