Confirm PMIC for AM572x

Hi TI Experts,

Please let me confirm the following question.

According to the application note, the PMIC for AM572x has two revision TPS6590376ZWSR and TPS6590377ZWSR.

I understand that the both revision can use for AM572x but I cannot understand why TI provide the both version.
Would you please teach the reason why TI prepare the both PMICs?

Hi,

The difference between the two versions is the OTP programming, as explained in the document you quote. This is answered in detail on this post in the PMIC forum: e2e.ti.com/.../1691293
